Oral and written comprehension.
Minimum of 8-10 years overall work experience.
Minimum of 6-7 years of work experience as an L&D Training Facilitator.
Open to working from the office.
Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level).
Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification
Training material development.
