As a Real-State Advisor, you’ll be the voice of this trusted network, providing customer care via phone to assist with property-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and empathetic phone support for real estate platform users.
Guide clients through property listings, valuations, and account management with expertise.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and escalations effectively.
Establish client trust through attentive listening and customized solutions.
Analyze call patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Document customer feedback to enhance support processes.
Maintain service quality during high-volume periods.
Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and reduce backlogs.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure complete resolution of property inquiries.
Contribute to the development of best practices and support procedures.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in customer service, real estate, or related fields.
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site during training; transition to work-from-home afterward.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
