About the role

As a Real-State Advisor, you’ll be the voice of this trusted network, providing customer care via phone to assist with property-related inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic phone support for real estate platform users.

  • Guide clients through property listings, valuations, and account management with expertise.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and escalations effectively.

  • Establish client trust through attentive listening and customized solutions.

  • Analyze call patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement.

  • Document customer feedback to enhance support processes.

  • Maintain service quality during high-volume periods.

  • Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and reduce backlogs.

  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure complete resolution of property inquiries.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and support procedures.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in customer service, real estate, or related fields.

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site during training; transition to work-from-home afterward.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

    • NIT

    • DPI
