Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly voice for customers, offering warm and clear support for real estate questions over the phone.

  • Help clients with inquiries about property listings, valuations, or account details with patience and precision.

  • Sync up with your team to handle escalations and unique cases smoothly and efficiently.

  • Build trust with callers by listening closely and providing helpful answers tailored to their housing needs.

  • Spot trends in calls to suggest ways to make the customer journey even better.

  • Gather insights from conversations to improve how we support real estate clients.

  • Step up to tackle trickier questions when call volumes rise, keeping every interaction on track.

  • Work with supervisors to clear call backlogs and ensure fast, reliable service.

  • Check in with customers to make sure their property concerns are fully sorted out.

  • Team up with Support crews to fine-tune processes and enhance the real estate experience.



Requirements



  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).

  • Employment Verification: Required.
