Step up to tackle trickier questions when call volumes rise, keeping every interaction on track.
Work with supervisors to clear call backlogs and ensure fast, reliable service.
Check in with customers to make sure their property concerns are fully sorted out.
Team up with Support crews to fine-tune processes and enhance the real estate experience.
Requirements
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).
Employment Verification: Required.
