About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Advisor to join our customer experience (CX) team environment. This role involves providing expert medical advice, addressing customer inquiries, and offering guidance on healthcare-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide clear and reliable information to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in healthcare who are passionate about supporting customers and improving health outcomes in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert medical guidance and support via inbound calls.
Address complex healthcare inquiries with clinical accuracy and empathy.
Process and resolve medical service and care option questions.
Ensure consistent handling of healthcare-related escalations.
Document and analyze patient interactions for service improvement.
Maintain updated knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex medical cases.
Monitor and enhance customer care experiences.
Conduct systematic follow-ups on health-related concerns.
Contribute to the development of healthcare support resources.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in healthcare customer service or related fields.
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
