General Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Advisor to join our customer experience team in a BPO/call center environment. This role involves providing expert medical advice, addressing customer inquiries, and offering guidance on healthcare-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide clear and reliable information to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in healthcare who are passionate about supporting customers and improving health outcomes in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on health and wellness inquiries via inbound calls.

  • Address and resolve customer questions about medical services, care options, or account details with accuracy and empathy.

  • Maintain a high level of communication with peers to ensure consistency in handling escalations and complex cases.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their health needs and concerns.

  • Monitor customer interactions proactively, identifying opportunities to enhance their care experience.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to improvements in health service processes.

  • Pivot to assisting queues with more complex medical inquiries when priority queues are empty, or as needed.

  • Work closely with the management team to monitor, manage, and recover call backlogs effectively.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their health-related concerns are fully addressed.

  • Collaborate with Support teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.



Requirements


  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).

  • Employment Verification: Required.
