About the role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Tech Customer Specialist to join our customer experience (CX) team environment. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with technology-related inquiries, ensuring quick and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced setting. This position is perfect for individuals who are knowledgeable in technology and enjoy delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting via phone.

  • Guide customers through device configurations and system functionalities.

  • Resolve complex account management and service feature inquiries.

  • Collaborate with team members to handle technical escalations effectively.

  • Analyze customer interactions to identify common technical issues.

  • Document and share insights for service and product improvements.

  • Maintain service excellence during high-volume periods.

  • Implement technical solutions following established protocols.

  • Monitor and report recurring system issues.

  • Contribute to the development of technical support procedures.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in technical support or related field.

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

    • DPI
