About the role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Tech Customer Specialist to join our customer experience (CX) team environment. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with technology-related inquiries, ensuring quick and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced setting. This position is perfect for individuals who are knowledgeable in technology and enjoy delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting via phone.
Guide customers through device configurations and system functionalities.
Resolve complex account management and service feature inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to handle technical escalations effectively.
Analyze customer interactions to identify common technical issues.
Document and share insights for service and product improvements.
Maintain service excellence during high-volume periods.
Implement technical solutions following established protocols.
Monitor and report recurring system issues.
Contribute to the development of technical support procedures.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in technical support or related field.
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
