General Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Health Provider to join our customer experience team in a BPO/call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers by providing accurate information, addressing healthcare-related inquiries, and offering guidance on health services and options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare services, and the ability to provide empathetic support in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the care and information they need to make informed healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the go-to resource for customers, delivering clear and compassionate answers to health plan questions over the phone.
Guide clients through benefits enrollment, claims processing, and provider options with patience and precision.
Coordinate with team members to streamline responses and tackle tricky cases effectively.
Build rapport with callers by listening actively and addressing their unique healthcare priorities.
Keep an eye on call trends to spot ways to boost customer confidence and plan satisfaction.
Gather insights from customer conversations to suggest enhancements to health benefit support.
Step in to handle urgent or detailed inquiries when call volumes shift, ensuring no one’s left waiting.
Requirements
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).
