Description et exigences
- Deliver voice and accent training for new hires and existing employees supporting international processes.
- Conduct assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve language, pronunciation, and accent.
- Develop and update training modules tailored to international customer service standards.
- Perform regular communication audits and provide floor support/coaching based on training needs.
- Work closely with operations, quality, and L&D teams to identify communication-related gaps and address them through structured interventions.
- Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to maintain high communication standards.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an International BPO (mandatory).
