Opis a požiadavky

  • Deliver voice and accent training for new hires and existing employees supporting international processes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve language, pronunciation, and accent.
  • Develop and update training modules tailored to international customer service standards.
  • Perform regular communication audits and provide floor support/coaching based on training needs.
  • Work closely with operations, quality, and L&D teams to identify communication-related gaps and address them through structured interventions.
  • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to maintain high communication standards.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an International BPO (mandatory).
