We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for cloud-based services and infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, cloud computing knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, system administration, and networking, along with a passion for helping customers resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for cloud-based applications, platforms, and infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud deployment, networking, security, and performance.

  • Assist customers with cloud service configurations, API integrations, and system optimizations.

  • Guide customers through best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud computing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: Previous experience in cloud support, IT helpdesk, system administration, or networking preferred.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

    • Experience with virtualization, networking, and security in cloud environments.

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, system monitoring, and remote support applications.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
