Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for cloud-based applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud deployment, networking, security, and performance.
Assist customers with cloud service configurations, API integrations, and system optimizations.
Guide customers through best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Stay up to date with the latest cloud computing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Previous experience in cloud support, IT helpdesk, system administration, or networking preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English is required.
Skills:
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Experience with virtualization, networking, and security in cloud environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, system monitoring, and remote support applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
