Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Team Leader with English to support our newest account in Romania - MyHeritage!

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned team

  • Stimulate the team using motivational techniques in order to maintain the quality standards required by the account

  • Implement action plans

  • Look for continuous improvement solutions

  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team members


Requirements:

  • Proficient English level (C1) for both speaking and writing

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a BPO / Call Center environment

  • Previous work experience in a Technical account

  • Good attitude, motivation and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to details and active listening skills

  • Availability for a full-time job on a Work-from-Office model in Bucharest

  • Availability to work full-time, in shifts covering Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 22:00 (with the possibility for the schedule to be extended to Saturday as well)
