Description and Requirements
As a Sr Recruiter, you are responsible for overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for internal and external candidates. Our Recruiters are responsible for end-to-end recruitment, which includes posting jobs, screening resumes, working with the hiring manager or teams, and onboarding new team members.
Responsibilities:- Create and post job openings on job platforms to attract skilled applicants
- Work closely with the hiring manager or team to understand the role’s requirements, along with any
- Educational or certification requirements, before posting the job and opening it to applicants
- Use internal and external platforms to identify candidates with the necessary skills sets
- Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the requirements for the role
- Responsible for conducting initial interviews and operations interviews
Daily job duties:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine required skills
- Screening resumes
- Performing on-camera virtual interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Providing feedback to applicants and keeping them updated throughout the entire selection process
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with hiring teams and candidates updating reports on job requisition activity.
- Completing the hiring process.

Skills:
- Technical skills—web-based technology knowledge and social media to support recruiting efforts—are essential in this role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of US and LATAM Labor Laws preferred
Knowledge:
- English Proficiency: B2 (80%) Required
- Hands-on experience with job sites
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
Studies & Experience:
- At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing Agency/Search Firm Recruiting, doing end-to-end recruitment - Required
- Bachelor's degree in any field or 3rd year completed related to Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
- Demonstrated expertise and comfort level with full-cycle recruiting with a high degree of autonomy - Required
Requirements:
- Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 1 year
- A minimum of 1 year as a TELUS International employee
- Hybrid position or onsite full-time
- No active disciplinary processes
