Overview of tasks:
Leading, managing and motivating a team of Quality Analysts
Delivering insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across the program
Acting as a primary point of contact between Quality Analysts and our Business Partner
Assuring the standards of consultative sales by monitoring quality results and progress
Surfacing analytical insights to improve the experience of our advertisers with our team of digital experts
Implementing and driving quality process and structure
Responsible for the delivery of quality metrics on monthly and quarterly basis
Main requirements for the position:
Preferred 3+ years’ experience in quality manager role or similar position
Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
Ability to influence other departments using data-driven analysis
Proactivity and ability to think “outside the box”
Good analytical skills and understanding of numbers
Good understating of Business terminology and acronyms
Excel and PowerPoint or Google suite skills
Networking platform active user
Can effectively present his department and the achievements externally and internally
Energetic and natural leader who can lead and motivate a team
Can express complex matters with simple words to both technical and non-technical audiences
Readiness to work from the office
