Overview of tasks:


  • Leading, managing and motivating a team of Quality Analysts

  • Delivering insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across the program

  • Acting as a primary point of contact between Quality Analysts and our Business Partner

  • Assuring the standards of consultative sales by monitoring quality results and progress

  • Surfacing analytical insights to improve the experience of our advertisers with our team of digital experts

  • Implementing and driving quality process and structure

  • Responsible for the delivery of quality metrics on monthly and quarterly basis


Main requirements for the position:


  • Preferred 3+ years’ experience in quality manager role or similar position

  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English

  • Ability to influence other departments using data-driven analysis

  • Proactivity and ability to think “outside the box”

  • Good analytical skills and understanding of numbers

  • Good understating of Business terminology and acronyms

  • Excel and PowerPoint or Google suite skills

  • Networking platform active user

  • Can effectively present his department and the achievements externally and internally

  • Energetic and natural leader who can lead and motivate a team

  • Can express complex matters with simple words to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Readiness to work from the office
