Mission HQ: Your Home Office
We’re looking for remote talent from the following counties in Arizona and Texas:

San Antonio (Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, Wilson)
El Paso (El Paso, Hudspeth)
Austin (Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, Williamson)
Houston (Austin, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, Waller)
Arizona
Tucson (Pima)
Phoenix (Maricopa, Pinal)
Remote Essentials:
High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
A quiet, distraction-free workspace to conduct your heroics

Your Mission:
As a key member of our team, you'll be on the front lines of disaster relief efforts, making a tangible impact on people's lives.
Be the first point of contact for individuals seeking federal assistance, answering questions about previous registrations, and guiding them through relief programs.
Handle each call with patience and courtesy to assess needs and provide appropriate instructions and referrals.
Accurately enter data into our Windows-based database while following a structured interview process.
Share phone numbers and agency referrals for additional support as needed.
Take on varied duties based on event needs, including but not limited to:
Registration Intake
Helpline Support
Transitional Sheltering Assistance
Outbound calls
Document reviews
Providing referrals to other disaster assistance providers.
Attend scheduled shift meetings to receive event-specific updates before each shift.
Operating Hours:
Be ready to step in and provide support anytime between 6:00 am and 12:00 am CST, 7 days a week. Flexibility is essential!
Compensation: $18.86 p/h
