DialogFlow Developer Support - EL Salvador & Guatemala

Position overview

We are seeking a talented Dialogflow developer to join our team and help us   build conversational AI solutions for our clients. As a Dialogflow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbots and virtual agents using Google's Dialogflow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.


Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow.

  • Develop chatbots and virtual agents that understand natural language input and provide relevant responses.

  • Integrate Dialogflow with various backend systems and APIs to retrieve and process data.

  • Optimize chatbot performance and user experience through iterative testing and refinement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases for conversational AI applications.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.

Functional competencies:

  • Experience with other conversational AI platforms such as Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson.

  • DFCX

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques for improving chatbot performance.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS.

  • JIRA

  • Data flow

  • SAFe agile

  • Genesys

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems using APIs.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.

  • Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems using APIs.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Performs Testing, creating test scripts and post man experience 

  • Process mapping and design
