DialogFlow Developer Support - EL Salvador & Guatemala
Position overview
We are seeking a talented Dialogflow developer to join our team and help us build conversational AI solutions for our clients. As a Dialogflow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbots and virtual agents using Google's Dialogflow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow.
Develop chatbots and virtual agents that understand natural language input and provide relevant responses.
Integrate Dialogflow with various backend systems and APIs to retrieve and process data.
Optimize chatbot performance and user experience through iterative testing and refinement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases for conversational AI applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.

Experience with other conversational AI platforms such as Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems using APIs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
