- Support the planning of database migration strategies
- Coordinate testing and validation procedures
- Track data synchronization and cutover activities
- Monitor post-migration database performance
- Facilitate technical documentation processes
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate between database teams and business stakeholders
- Prepare detailed migration status reports
- Facilitate database migration planning sessions
- Manage communications with affected business units.
- Track and report on migration metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- Experience with database migration projects
- Understanding of database technologies and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
