  • Database Migration Coordination
  • Coordinate database migration activities across technical teams
  • Track migration progress, timelines, and dependencies
  • Manage migration schedules and resource allocation
  • Monitor data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Coordinate database cutover activities
  • Technical Support
  • Support the planning of database migration strategies
  • Coordinate testing and validation procedures
  • Track data synchronization and cutover activities
  • Monitor post-migration database performance
  • Facilitate technical documentation processes
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate between database teams and business stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed migration status reports
  • Facilitate database migration planning sessions
  • Manage communications with affected business units.
  • Track and report on migration metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience
  • Experience with database migration projects
  • Understanding of database technologies and concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

We are seeking a specialized Database Migration Project Coordinator to support our database transformation initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating complex database migration projects, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and successful transition to cloud platforms.
