Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes.

Minimum requirements:

- At least 6 months in your current role if internal

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace/sheets, Slides and PowerPoint Presentations

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

-Track record of providing dashboards and MI solutions in a call centre environment
