About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Solutions Specialist to join our customer experience (CX) team. This role is based within a fast-paced environment, providing front-line sales support to clients in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable energy solutions, and driving sales performance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on energy solutions.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Proactively monitor customer engagement, identifying retention and upselling opportunities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development initiatives.
Handle complex requests and assist other queues when priority queues are empty.
Maintain consistent communication with peers to ensure proper escalation handling.
Requirements
Experience: 6+ months of experience in sales (Required).
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
