About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Solutions Specialist to join our customer experience (CX) team. This role is based within a fast-paced environment, providing front-line sales support to clients in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable energy solutions, and driving sales performance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on energy solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.

  • Proactively monitor customer engagement, identifying retention and upselling opportunities.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development initiatives.

  • Handle complex requests and assist other queues when priority queues are empty.

  • Maintain consistent communication with peers to ensure proper escalation handling.


Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in sales (Required).

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
