Position overview

As a Business Learning Specialist you develop and deliver training programs related to Workforce Management processes, best practices and tools to optimize productivity, efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify training needs, design and develop holistic learning programs and experiences (e-learning, virtual classroom, simulation-based learning) tailored to the needs of different roles 

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing development courses for existing staff, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles

  • Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, quizzes and performance assessments, using results to make continuous improvements to ensure effectiveness and relevance

  • Provide reports and feedback to management on training outcomes, areas of improvement and recommendations for future training initiatives

  • Research emerging trends, technologies and best practices in Workforce Management to ensure relevance and effectiveness of training content and methodologies

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably for Workforce Management - Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field - Desirable

  • Certifications in training delivery, instructional design or a related field are a plus

  • Proficient in written and oral English - B2 Mandatory
