Position overview
As a Business Learning Specialist you develop and deliver training programs related to Workforce Management processes, best practices and tools to optimize productivity, efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities
Identify training needs, design and develop holistic learning programs and experiences (e-learning, virtual classroom, simulation-based learning) tailored to the needs of different roles
Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing development courses for existing staff, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, quizzes and performance assessments, using results to make continuous improvements to ensure effectiveness and relevance
Provide reports and feedback to management on training outcomes, areas of improvement and recommendations for future training initiatives
Research emerging trends, technologies and best practices in Workforce Management to ensure relevance and effectiveness of training content and methodologies

Qualifications
6+ years of work experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably for Workforce Management - Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field - Desirable
Certifications in training delivery, instructional design or a related field are a plus
Proficient in written and oral English - B2 Mandatory
