Intake Coordinator


WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Los Angeles, CA

JOB STATUS: Full-time, Temporary 

START DATE: 11/04/2024

END DATE: 04/30/2025


Rate: $25.00 USD per hour


Objective

The Intake Coordinator is expected to interact directly with participants upon their arrival onsite and will be responsible for participant intake. The Intake Coordinator will report to the Site Manager and training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur in Los Angeles, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome participants to the job location.

  • Instruct and support participants throughout their time at the job location

  • Track participant appointments.

  • Ensure participants’ satisfaction

  • Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Track data in spreadsheets using Google Sheet/Excel experience

  • Coordinate project activities with team members as needed

  • Cooperate and report regularly to Program Manager, Project Managers and other team members


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of work experience in customer service for the food, retail or hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with iOS and macOS

  • Exceptional customer service experience and skills

  • Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project

  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants

  • Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Sheets/Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
