We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Associate to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online community, monitoring social media platforms, executing campaigns, crafting engaging content, and providing real-time event coverage. This role requires proficiency in social media tools, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain online communities, engage with followers, and foster a positive community environment
- Proficiency in using tools such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Mention, or Brand watch to track and analyze social media conversations and brand mentions
- Ability to create compelling, engaging, and error-free content tailored to different social media platforms. Strong understanding of tone, voice, and style variations
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content, staying ahead of trends, and incorporating the latest best practices into social media strategy
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive insights to improve strategy, engagement, and ROI. Experience in preparing detailed reports for stakeholders is a plus
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns, with experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market highly desirable
