Description et exigences

An experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) within SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance, and IT teams to manage real estate portfolios, lease contracts, and financial integration while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Technical Skills Needed

  • Must have 5-8 years of experience. 

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management).

  • Good understanding of SAP FI integration (GL, AP, AA).

  • Experience with lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842).

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA RE-FX preferred.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools (SAP standard reports, Fiori apps).
