Your responsibilities:

  • Expert Support: Support in defining and implementing the strategy of motivation, engagement and retention of team members. Coordinate, organize and conduct the onboarding process for new team members. Manage benefits, other motivational and retention services for the company team members. Support in the planning and organizing motivational activities and events for the company team members. Support and participate in the performance review process. Support managers with HR related matters. Ensure a full compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Assist and educate team members and managers about Workday processes.

  • Intra-Day Coordination: Acts as the first point of content for all HR related queries from all team members. Coordinate, conduct and report the gathered feedback from the exit interviews process. Support and guide team managers and employees about company policies and HR best practices. Participate and assist in other international or local HR plans, initiatives or projects.

  • Business Impact: Maintain a good and constructive work relationship with stakeholders from site. 

  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Facilitate the work permit and documentation process for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion.


Your skills:

  • Language Skills: Excellent Latvian and English language proficiency and communication skills.

  • Experience: +3 years of HR experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Humans Resources, Psychology, Law or similar would be an asset.

  • Personal skills: Highly empathic and approachable, open personality. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics. Team player, time management and ability to work under pressure. Able to work independently and good stakeholder management. Developed organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to find creative solutions outside the box.

  • Proficiency in Tools: Workday knowledge would be a plus.

  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required.
