As a Human Resources Business Partner you collaborate closely with business leaders to align Human Resources initiatives and strategies with business goals. You partner with leaders to ensure legal/ policy compliance, talent attraction and retention, performance management, change management, engagement management, amongst others to drive business outcomes aligned to company culture.

Your responsibilities:
Expert Support: Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development. Provide guidance to the leaders on the management of team members through their employment lifecycle to ensure policy/ legal compliance and reduce risk. Manage recognition programs to acknowledge and reward team member contributions, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company goals.
Intra-Day Coordination: Partner with leaders in the management of organizational changes to ensure successful transition and adoption. Provide guidance to leaders on the performance management process and issues, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Design and partner with business leaders to execute engagement initiatives and programs aligned with the company’s values and culture; support the annual engagement survey process
Business Impact: Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Knowledge of Employment Laws: Facilitate the work permit and documentation process for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Your skills:
Language Skills: B2+ oral and written English
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Human Resources certifications are desirable. Knowledge of labor law and human resources best practices
Personal Skills: Strong business acumen. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance the needs of the organization with the rights and interests of the team members. Ability to manage and remain calm in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. Ability to solve complex problems, to take a new perspective on existing solutions, to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required.
