We are looking for a Content Moderation Specialist  (English) to ensure that user-generated content aligns with platform guidelines, company policies, and community standards. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and moderating online content to maintain a safe and engaging digital environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent judgment, and can handle sensitive content while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines.

• Evaluate flagged content, taking appropriate action to remove, restrict, or escalate as necessary.

• Respond to user inquiries regarding content decisions with professionalism and clarity.

• Identify and report trends, potential risks, and violations to ensure a safe online community.

• Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation policies and strategies.

• Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions and escalations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, evolving community standards, and emerging content risks.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or customer support preferred.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required.
