The team at TELUS Digital is seeking a Quality Administrator to support the quality function of a global work-at-home program. This is a remote role.
The successful candidate will coordinate the program's quality reporting as well as the communications between Quality Controllers and the global rater community.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support via email to an online global community
Responsible for the administration of daily processes and procedures within the team
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare weekly reports, gathering information from various sources
Support business process workflows within the team
Assist with the design, implementation and delivery of specific training, through web-based eLearning materials, online video production, and webinars
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or team support role
Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as on your own initiative
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets
Fluency in English and strong email communication skills
Fluency in additional languages to English is an advantage (especially French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Telugu, Turkish, or Vietnamese)
Experience working remotely with team members across different cultures and time zones is an advantage
Technical Skills and Expectations:
High level of proficiency using Google Workspace, with a specific emphasis on Sheets
Proficiency using MS Office - in particular Excel
Experience and familiarity using the internet and email
Experience with data analysis to support decision-making is an advantage
