Position overview:

As an Incentive Administrator you oversee the management of the agent bonus programs collecting and analyzing relevant data, and ensuring bonus payments align with established criteria for the accounts.  You review and solve issues with bonus calculations in collaboration with required stakeholders


Key responsibilities:

  • Collect data related to attendance and bonus eligibility and performance metrics 

  • Analyze performance data to determine bonus amounts and eligibility criteria

  • Verify bonus calculations and prepare reports to be processed for payment (payroll index reporting & bonus attainment summary)

  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to bonus payments, liaising with the relevant stakeholders

Functional competencies:  

  • General knowledge of labor related requirements to bonus payments

  • Expertise in data management tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio

  • Expertise in writing script and macros to automate large amounts of data

  • Strong ability to present large amounts of data in a way that enables business decision-making

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of basic financial acumen

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of experience in similar positions (Desirable)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • B1+ oral and written English
