Position: Recruitment Analyst
Department: Talent Acquisition - Volume Recruitment
Overview:
To execute various operational activities in their functional area (Sourcing, Recruitment, PMT, etc.) and ensure the achievement of sourcing and hiring targets across different accounts and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sourcing and recruitment activities to meet hiring targets
Represent company at internal/external recruitment events
Conduct screenings, interviews, and orientations
Track applicant progress and maintain accurate records
Align with hiring teams on job requirements
Prepare contracts and assist with onboarding documentation
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
1–2 years in recruitment/sourcing (BPO/ITO preferred)
Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR concepts
Proficient in MS Office; strong interviewing skills
Amenable to work in a hybrid set up & mid shift
Non-Technical:
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-focused with good judgment and discretion
