A Recruitment Analyst  is responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. The Senior’s responsibility includes creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Train and collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
  • Implement process improvements and develop efficient talent acquisition procedures.
  • Utilize recruitment technologies (resume parsers, ATS, CRM) and set hiring goals.
  • Manage candidate communication, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Track recruitment KPIs, oversee employer reputation, and organize hiring events.

Required skills + qualities (technical):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in the corporate sector may be preferred.
  • Competency in full cycle recruiting is required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Avature and Workday
