We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as

Customer Service Representative (100% Remote / Home Office)

Your main tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone

  • Providing clear and helpful guidance on how to use modern electronic devices – e.g. smartphones and smart TVs

  • Assisting with device setup, installation, and software updates

  • Advising customers on device compatibility and feature options

  • Creating and managing repair or service requests, and providing updates on warranty or repair status

What we expect:

  • A passion for customer service – career changers are welcome!

  • Strong communication skills and excellent command of the German language (spoken and written)

  • Confident use of common PC and internet applications

  • Independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working

  • Flexibility, reliability, and team spirit
