Customer Service Representative (100% Remote / Home Office)

Your main tasks:
Handling customer inquiries via phone
Providing clear and helpful guidance on how to use modern electronic devices – e.g. smartphones and smart TVs
Assisting with device setup, installation, and software updates
Advising customers on device compatibility and feature options
Creating and managing repair or service requests, and providing updates on warranty or repair status
What we expect:
A passion for customer service – career changers are welcome!
Strong communication skills and excellent command of the German language (spoken and written)
Confident use of common PC and internet applications
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working
Flexibility, reliability, and team spirit
