  • Must have 6-10 Years of experience.

  • Must have core Telecommunication Knowledge of Provisioning.

  • Must have knowledge of OSS and BSS

  • Must have knowledge of Root cause analysis ability of Defect(s).

  • Must have knowledge of SPLUNK in finding logs.

  • Must have knowledge in API tools and Testing.

  • Knowledge of JIRA ,OCTANE, CSG, OSM, UIM

  • Comfortable work in CST shift without any rotation.
