Hours: Mon-Sun, 9am-8pm (5 days/week, occasional 2 weekends work) subject to change

What you’ll do:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via email (primarily) and phone in the future
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding queries
  • Assist customers with using our client's products to launch their startups
  • Collaborate with a global team and represent top payment processing brands

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Friendly, communicative, and customer-focused
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
