Hours: Mon-Sun, 9am-8pm (5 days/week, occasional 2 weekends work) subject to change

What you’ll do:
- Provide outstanding customer support via email (primarily) and phone in the future
- Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding queries
- Assist customers with using our client's products to launch their startups
- Collaborate with a global team and represent top payment processing brands
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent English speaker
- Friendly, communicative, and customer-focused
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
