Sales and Business Development Representative

Position Overview:

As a Sales and Business Development Representative you are required to be tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and ready to grow into an Account Executive role. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, demo booking, and disciplined CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 600–800 leads per month.
  • Maintain 7.5%+ booked & completed demos from monthly volume.
  • Follow demo confirmation process (multi-touch follow-ups).
  • High-quality HubSpot notes, Handoff, playbook, and activity tracking.
  • Aircall: Daily calling, text, and voicemail activity.
  • HubSpot: CRM tracking for tasks, contact stages, notes, and outcomes.
  • Looker: Understand performance indicators like booking %, no-show rate, and volume-to-demo ratios. (No need to know how to create a report)


Functional competencies:

  • English - B2 - Required

    • Oral and written comprehension

    • Appropriate use of language

  • Advanced understanding of Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail)

  • Advanced Excel - Desirable

  • Tech-savvy with fast onboarding capability.

  • Energetic, driven, and ready to grow into an AE (account executive) role.

  • Understands the full outbound sales cycle.

  • Strong objection handling and demo confirmation discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable    

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative) experience, preferably in SaaS or tech sales.

  • At least 2 years of tenure in a single company.
