Sales and Business Development Representative

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Business Development Representative you are required to be tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and ready to grow into an Account Executive role. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, demo booking, and disciplined CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 600–800 leads per month.
- Maintain 7.5%+ booked & completed demos from monthly volume.
- Follow demo confirmation process (multi-touch follow-ups).
- High-quality HubSpot notes, Handoff, playbook, and activity tracking.
- Aircall: Daily calling, text, and voicemail activity.
- HubSpot: CRM tracking for tasks, contact stages, notes, and outcomes.
- Looker: Understand performance indicators like booking %, no-show rate, and volume-to-demo ratios. (No need to know how to create a report)
Functional competencies:
English - B2 - Required
Oral and written comprehension
Appropriate use of language
Advanced understanding of Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail)
Advanced Excel - Desirable
Tech-savvy with fast onboarding capability.
Energetic, driven, and ready to grow into an AE (account executive) role.
Understands the full outbound sales cycle.
Strong objection handling and demo confirmation discipline.
Qualifications:
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable
1+ years of SDR/BDR (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative) experience, preferably in SaaS or tech sales.
At least 2 years of tenure in a single company.
