About the Role


Join the Customer Service Delivery (CSD) – Quality and Reliability team at TELUS as a Full Stack Engineer and be part of our transformation strategy. Our mission is to empower technicians with actionable, real-time feedback delivered through a rich and intuitive software experience. By implementing our Visual AI tool, we aim to create a unified and consistent customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:


As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will:


  • Design a highly reliable and efficient software architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our production systems.

  • Build solutions that present large volumes of data, insights, and AI/ML predictions in intuitive ways.

  • Help shape innovative, data-driven, and user-centric digital experiences for TELUS internal stakeholders.



Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in Computer Engineering, or related field

  • At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience

  • Experience with the development of reliable large-scale web applications with 2000 concurrent users

  • General knowledge and experience of cloud technologies for software systems

  • Hands-on back-end and front-end experience with FastAPI's, Python, Streamlit and GitHub

  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment

  • Knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) specially Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Postgres is a big plus.
