Description and Requirements

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating data from multiple sources, creating comprehensive reports, and driving strategic insights across the organization. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with cross-departmental managers to standardize data collection processes, design data models, and ensure that business decisions are backed by robust data analysis.

  • Must have 6+ years of experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration & Reporting:

  • Integrate data from various databases and data warehouses to create and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data to support centralized data warehousing.

  • Develop standardized methods for data collection, validation, and reporting.

 Business Analysis & Insights:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.

  • Chair meetings to discuss organizational data, forecast future trends, and propose actionable insights.

Tool & System Management:

  • Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting, ensuring dashboards are both insightful and user-friendly.

  • Manage and update JIRA boards to track data projects, tasks, and progress.

  • Write SQL scripts for querying databases and generating custom reports.

  • Monitor and analyze logs using tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics to ensure data accuracy. and system performance.

Additional Job Description

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
