About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Saviynt Scrum Master/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead and facilitate Agile processes within our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment. In this role, you will act as a servant leader for the team, facilitating daily scrums, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the timely resolution of application defects, service requests, and incident tickets. This role requires a combination of Scrum expertise, business systems analysis, and technical knowledge to drive product enhancements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities include collaborating with the Saviynt Production Support team, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and improving team efficiency and productivity. You will also monitor key performance metrics and actively work to remove roadblocks, enabling the team to deliver quality solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Manage the product backlog, including application defects, service requests, incident ticket resolution, application onboarding, new feature deployment, and environment upgrades.

  • Guide the team to be self-sufficient, coaching team members to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Remove roadblocks and impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution.

  • Be accountable for the customer experience, aligning team outputs to business expectations.

  • Collaborate with team leads to track and report on ticket metrics, backlog management, and identify root causes for recurring issues.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.

  • Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

  • Assist in the development and prioritization of the product backlog, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the development team.

  • Work with the Saviynt Production Support team to stabilize and enhance IGA functionalities.

  • Participate in monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

  • Proven experience in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain; knowledge of SOX compliance is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Saviynt and its modules, including Saviynt Security Manager.

  • Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.

  • Knowledge of SQL/MySQL for data analysis and report generation.

  • Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
