Description and Requirements

As a Project Manager- Intermediate you oversee the successful onboarding, implementation, and migration of clients or internal cross functional projects with moderate complexity, business impact and risk. You are the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and understanding of client requirements. You coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients.



Overview of tasks:


  • Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth transition for clients

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper planning, definition of milestones and smooth execution with defined timelines

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on the implementation/ migration progress and address concerns or issues

  • Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the implementation process

  • Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) and procurement

  • Gather and leverage client feedback to drive continuous improvement of the implementation process and enhance the client experience

  • Support request for proposal (RFP) process when required

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, best practices and tools

  • Project financial management (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) and procurement management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously assigning them the proper priority

  • Ability to solve problems using technical experience, judgement and precedents


Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in client implementations, project management or similar role

  • University student in Business Administration or related career

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent is desirable; Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is desirable

  • C1 English Proficiency
