Description and Requirements
- Analyze and evaluate the stakeholders’ needs and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes, and indicators of success by performing a Training Needs Analysis process (TNA)
- Collaborate with SMEs, POCs, and stakeholders to identify and implement the most effective learning solutions for the supported program by sharing ideas, best practices, and insights
- Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that are appropriate to the learner profile (existing or new material)
- Create assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs
- Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT/T3) sessions for all requisite learning initiatives, ensuring that attendees are thoroughly prepared and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver educational content.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
- Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.
- Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).
- Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.

- Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders
