Additional Job Description

  • Experience working with HTTP(S), TCP/IP, SFTP, and other Internet protocols from Linux/Unix-based operating systems as well as Windows GUI-based applications
  • Experience with web services technologies such as SOAP/WSDL/XSD, and REST/JSON/Swagger to include API interface design and specification (Open API/Swagger/Stoplight)
  • Good understanding of API Security (AuthN/AuthZ) preferably using TLS and OAuth 2.0
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management platforms and protocols (SSO/SAML/LDAP/PingFed/ForgeRock)
  • The skills to support full certificate lifecycle management and to troubleshoot and resolve certificate-based access issues
  • Hands-on expertise in testing web applications using tools like SOAPUI and Postman
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms including GCP & AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, SNS, SQS)
  • A good understanding of Kong API Gateway
